Smart Home and Entertainment: Smart Thermostat Installation, Smart Lighting Setup, Home Theater System Integration, Smart TV Setup, Audio and Surround Sound Configuration, Home Audio System Setup, Smart Home Security, Smart Speaker Integration, Device and Computer Training, etc.‍
Network and Security: Network Security Assessment, Home Network Setup, Wi-Fi Signal Boosting, Remote Technical Support, and more.‍

You may cancel your subscription by contacting us in writing. Cancellation will take effect as follows:

‍Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.‍
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation is effective at the end of the current annual term; partial refunds are not available.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

You violate any terms in these Terms or our other applicable policies.
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Payment is not received in accordance with payment terms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
