What is the difference between a Cloud PBX and traditional telephony?

  • Automatic Call Redirection: By default, calls are routed to desktop computers, but if there’s no response within a few seconds, the virtual PBX will automatically redirect the call to a mobile phone, ensuring no call goes unanswered.
